A. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you register, interact with support, or use features of the Platform. This may include:

- Billing Information: payment method details necessary to process purchases (processed by our payment processors). If you purchase a subscription, we or our payment processors may securely store payment information or tokens to process recurring charges and other authorized transactions consistent with our Terms.
- Customer Content/Uploads: documents, text, images, prompts, and other materials you submit to create or edit presentations, workflows, or related outputs

As you interact with the Platform, we may automatically collect:

Certain features (e.g., Aurora Slides and some Aurora Hub capabilities) rely on third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to process your inputs (e.g., prompts, documents, images) and generate outputs.
- Processing by Providers. Your inputs and related technical data may be sent to these providers solely to generate outputs or deliver the feature you request, subject to their terms (see, for example, OpenAI’s enterprise privacy page).
- No Training by Aurora. As stated above, Aurora does not use customer data to train Aurora’s AI models.
- Outputs May Not Be Unique. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or resemble outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating outputs before relying on them.
- Third-Party Terms. Provider use of data is governed by their policies. Please review them before using AI features.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information:
- With Service Providers: vendors who perform services for us (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support) under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- For Legal/Compliance Reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aurora, users, or the public.
- In Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Aggregated/De-identified Data: we may share aggregated and/or de-identified data that does not identify you. - No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please protect your password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Use of Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics tool from Microsoft Corporation, to better understand how users interact with our website (e.g., session replays, heatmaps, click tracking).
Data Collected by Clarity may include:
- Page views, scroll activity, clicks, and mouse movements.
- Browser, operating system, device type, and screen size.
- Pseudonymized IP address and general geographic region.
- Language and time zone settings.
- Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or form inputs.
Why We Use Clarity
- Analyze navigation and engagement patterns.
- Identify usability issues and improve design/functionality.
- Monitor site performance and behavior
Consent & Control Clarity is treated as an Analytics Cookie and loads only after you consent via our CookieYes banner. If you decline analytics, Clarity will not run. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer.
Data Sharing & Retention
Data collected by Clarity is processed by Microsoft under its own privacy terms (see Microsoft Privacy Statement). Microsoft may retain data for up to 13 months. Aurora does not sell Clarity data or use it for advertising.
- Account Settings: You may update, correct, or delete certain information via your account settings.
- Cookies/Analytics: Manage preferences via your browser settings and the cookie consent banner (see Cookie Policy and Clarity section).
- Communications: You can opt out of non-transactional emails by following unsubscribe links. We may still send transactional or service-related communications.

8. Children’s Privacy and Education Use
The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to or intended for children or minors under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we may take steps to delete it or restrict further access, and we may also terminate the associated account.
Aurora does not support use by minors through parental, school, or institutional consent. If you are under 18, do not use the Platform.
